This is an ornament topper that I got from Outlines Rubberstamps, and love to make this ornament. I use Swarovski Crystals for the dangles. It is hard to think this thing is made of paper/cardstock. The stamps have such lovely details, and the embossing of the card stock gives it enough strengthe to allow it to hold the jump rings and crystals with no problem. I even impressed myself with the photography. I was having trouble figuring out how to hold that thing and get a picture of the top to show off the cool details of this stamp. I was packing up for a move and was working on the crystal which is just the right touch for this ornament.
I was having a problem keeping track of all the challenges that I wanted to join, so now I'm tracking them all here. It keeps me on Track. This way it doesn't muddy up the waters of the creative technique stuff on my other blog "Creative Turn". Hope you enjoy it here.

Christmas Tree-Embossed
I wasn't sure where this would end up, but this is such a beautiful image, and when I stamped it on the LaBlanche Speciality Paper with Ranger Archival Ink it just popped. I then distressed it with the new Distressed Twig ink and Stampin' Up Ruby Red, this process dulled the look of the card so after edging it with Brilliance Gold, I used a glossy spray coat to bring back the brilliant color. Wow did it bring back the color. I used the Sizzix Music Embossing Folder, generic whit and Gold ribbon.
I ended up using and incandescent lamp to take this picture because the flash drowned out the pic due to the glossy finish, so because of the yellowing effect of the lamp the red appears a little orange. Red & yellow make orange. Groan.

Non-Traditional Christmas Card In Blue & Grey
I love my cricut and this butterfly cut from the Sentimental Cartridge. I used the BoBunny Paper that I bought last year and didn't have a chance to use up. I used Stampin' Up Nearly Navy ink, and GinaK Sentiment Stamp and Round Saying from the Holiday Greetings Set. I used my Cuttlebug to cut & emboss the round and label. White card base from Hot Off the Press.

Wall Hanging for Christmas
Made this hanging out of Ribon that I got for 50% off. I love the way it turned out. Love those really wide ribbons, and the print is fab.
Santa Clause
HO, HO, HO who wouldn't go. I love this vintage stamp. It looks great in just black and white, without further coloring. I like how this one went together.

Challenge Christmas Tree
I used a Penny Black Tree Stamp, one of my favorite trees, and Brilliance Ink. I still wanted more flash so I use some Stickles in various colors. Bling just right. The background print is BoBunny. I used Memento Ink to distress the edges of this card.
